Refund and Return Policy for Boldhato

At Boldhato, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition. Plants, products, or items that have been damaged or altered after delivery cannot be returned.
  • Packaging: Items should be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to:
    • Perishable items like live plants (unless defective upon arrival)
    • Custom orders or personalized items
    • Gift cards or promotional items

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at info@boldhato.com or call (413) 279-3015. Please include the following details in your return request:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with instructions for returning the item(s).

  3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully pack the items you are returning to avoid damage during shipping. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

  4. Return Shipping Address: You will be given the address to send the returned item(s) after your return request is approved.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). In such cases, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not currently offer direct exchanges for returned items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but sometimes items may be damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@boldhato.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
  • A description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly by either issuing a refund, sending a replacement, or offering a store credit, based on your preference.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Bank or Credit Card Statement: Refunds can take a few business days to show up, depending on your bank or card issuer.
