We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and clear pricing. However, we do not warrant that all product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free. Variations in color, size, and natural characteristics may occur in plants. All images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item.

Prices: All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time before a purchase is completed.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases based on the shipping address and relevant state regulations.

Delivery Time: We estimate delivery times and do our best to ensure items are delivered within this time frame; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential delays that are out of our control such as weather or carrier issues.
Shipping Restrictions: Certain shipping restrictions may apply due to the nature of plants or delivery locations. We currently only ship to the continental United States, and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Shipping Insurance: We offer shipping insurance as an optional add-on during checkout for protection against damages during transit.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can monitor your package’s progress.
3.5. Cancellations
Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel an order, provided that it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us via email or phone immediately if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, once your order has been shipped, the cancellation will be considered a return, subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation request is approved prior to shipment, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund to cover processing costs.

Inventory: We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website, however, products may occasionally be out of stock. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to wait for the item to become available (if possible).

The risk of loss for purchased products passes to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items that occur during transit, unless you purchased shipping insurance during the checkout process.
3.8. Warranties
Limited Warranty: We offer a limited 7 day warranty on the quality of our plants, assuming they are not damaged during shipping (and are reported within 24 hours), or through improper care after receiving them. This does not include damages due to neglect, mishandling, or improper care by the customer.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
3.9. Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoldHato will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of, or related to, your purchase of products from us. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.
Act of God: We are not responsible for any damages caused by uncontrollable circumstances, such as inclement weather, acts of God, accidents, natural disasters, and shipping delays not caused by us.

You agree to use our website and purchase our products in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
