  • Recipient Availability: It’s crucial that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment. We will try to coordinate delivery times with you in advance. If no one is available to receive the package and the plant is left unattended, Boldhato cannot be responsible for any resulting damage, theft, or loss.

  • Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Boldhato is not liable for losses or delays resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any costs incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
